A year minus two days. Whoops.

Well, I've actually been doing more art-ing this past year but am being ultra lazy in the submitting department. Actually I have a TON of drawings I plan on submitting from my Drawing I class from the fall semester, but it's hard to get good lighting and a large enough space to photograph them all. *shrug*

Look! I finally stopped being lazy and finally photographed all of my drawings I did in Drawing I last semester and a few of my paintings from a while ago. Go check them out, but I promise that they're a billion times better looking in real life.

Well, I'm going to Africa today for the next few weeks. It is going to be so awesome. I'm taking two cameras, including my dad's reallllllllly nice film camera, which should be fun. I'll be sure to post the best shots when I get back!

The rest of the summer is just work for me. Yay waffles.

Okay...

1. If i had to classify myself as a vegetable, I'd totally be celery.
2. My desk is perpetually in a state of organized chaos, so that when first looked upon it seems as if it's random mounds of stuff (which, in essence, i suppose is right), but I know exactly where everything is. Which is what counts.
3. I'm obsessed with fabric and sewing.
4. I think that Firefly is one of the greatest shows ever created. Thank you, Joss Wheadon.
5. If someone gave me a million dollars, the first thing I'd do would be buy a horse.
6. I hate hate HATE cut-off tights and all tights that are footless. They just look plain stupid on everyone.
7. I absolutely despise the taste of vinegar, in all forms. even the smell is rather repulsive to me. ew.
8. Sometimes I stay up to the wee hours of the morning doing nothing. Literally nothing, as in sitting in my chair staring at all of the stuff in my room. And then i go watch some of The Nanny or whatever else is on either Lifetime or Spike. I love spike.

I'm much much too lazy to go and actually tag eight more people, so, m'friends, do what you will with this.

um, yeah.

i'm back!
actually, i never left. i'm just too swamped with school to take pics or draw and stuff, so yeah.

so i made crepes today with provolone. it was good.
and i feel accomplished.
so i'm off to go work on a christmas present. yay for sewing!
